Dear Friends of Denny,

I can't believe it, but Dad was in the paper again! The article introduced the people who are being inducted into the St. Bernard's Alumni Hall of Fame. If you know Dad, you know he is incredibly honored by this recognition. As the article notes, he cares deeply about SB. And he is in good company, the other inductees are Joe Rogers (one of Dad's former students!), Jim and Colleen Cruz, and the late Fr. Eric Freed.

Quick trip to SF

Dear Friends of Denny,

Last week Dad and Mom took a quick trip down to San Francisco for Dad to have a small procedure. They were very grateful for Mike, Dad's caregiver without whom they couldn't have managed! While the drive down was a long one and there was much waiting in doctors' offices when they arrived, they managed to enjoy some time in the city while they were there. In particular, they visited some of Dad's favorite places, the Steinhart Aquarium and the Cliff House. They also had a lovely visit with daughter Christine and her girls. Dad's procedure when smoothly and he was able to leave the hospital after only one night. They made it back home safely after a nice trip.
